Field Engineer - Project Sites: Pasig City, Quezon City

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Field Engineer in construction or mechanical contracting.

Sales Executive - Muntinlupa City

  • Graduate of Business Administration Major in Marketing or related field

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working in the Sales Industry.

  • Must be customer service oriented and fluent in English and Tagalog

  • Must be attentive to details and highly analytical, Computer literate.

  • Knowledgeable in products used for HVAC, Chilled Water and Fire Protection systems is a plus.

Fabrication Engineer - Muntinlupa City

  • At least 2 years of experience in mechanical fabrication, preferably in HVAC, Ducting and Piping

  • Experience in shop drawing review, production supervision, and coordination with project teams.

  • Knowledgeable in sheet metal fabrication, welding processes, and material specifications.

  • Skilled in preparing cutting lists, material take-offs, and work schedules.

  • Excellent coordination and communication with shop personnel and site teams.

AC Technician - Muntinlupa City, Quezon City

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in installation, servicing, and maintenance of air-conditioning systems (split-type, window-type, package units, VRF, or centralized systems).

  • Preferably with TESDA NC II or NC III Certification in RAC (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning).

  • Knowledgeable in electrical wiring, refrigerant charging, vacuuming, leak testing, and troubleshooting.

  • Must have a professional attitude and customer-oriented mindset.

Site Document Controller - Project Sites: Pasig City, Quezon City

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Document Controller in construction or mechanical contracting.

  • Familiarity with AutoCAD file handling, document numbering systems, and file archiving

  • Basic understanding of construction workflows and project documentation flow

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.

Design  Engineer - Muntinlupa City

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field.

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in HVAC or mechanical system design for commercial, industrial, or residential projects.

  • Knowledge of HVAC, Process Cooling, Cleanroom and Chilled Water Systems is a must

  • Familiarity with ASHRAE standards, SMACNA, NFPA, and local building codes is an advantage.

  • Skilled in heat load calculations, duct sizing, and chilled water system design.

Project Manager - Project Sites: Pasig City, Quezon City

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction or mechanical contracting.

  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently.

  • Knowledge of HVAC, Chilled Water, Process Cooling, Fire Protection systems is a plus.

Fabricator - Muntinlupa City

  • At least 2–4 years of experience in duct fabrication and installation for HVAC or mechanical projects.

  • Skilled in measuring, cutting, bending, and assembling duct materials based on shop drawings.

  • Able to interpret fabrication drawings, layouts, and dimensions accurately.

  • Good teamwork and communication with production and site teams.

  • Willing to be assigned at fabrication shop or project sites (Metro Manila or provincial).

Operations Manager - Muntinlupa City

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in mechanical construction or HVAC industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

  • Proven track record in managing multiple projects, operations improvement, and cross-departmental coordination (Sales, Costing, Procurement, Warehouse, Accounting, etc.).

  • Knowledge of HVAC, Chilled Water, Process Cooling, Fire Protection systems is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills in handling operational issues and project challenges.

Project-in-Charge - Project Sites: Pasig City, Quezon City

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project-in-Charge in construction or mechanical contracting.

  • Proven background in project execution, manpower supervision, and coordination with clients and internal departments.

  • Knowledge of HVAC, Chilled Water and Fire Protection systems is a plus.

  • Ability to anticipate and resolve site issues proactively.

QA/QC Engineer - Project Sites: Pasig City, Quezon City

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in construction or mechanical contracting

  • Knowledgeable in QA/QC procedures, inspection test plans (ITP), and non-conformance reports (NCR).

  • Excellent documentation and reporting capability.

  • Knowledge of HVAC, Chilled Water and Fire Protection systems is a plus.

CAD Operator

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cad Operator in construction or mechanical contracting.

  • Knowledgeable in drawing standards, scaling, and layering systems.

Costing Engineer - Muntinlupa City

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Costing Engineer in construction or mechanical contracting.

  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems is a plus.

  • Experience in project bidding, tender preparation, and quantity take-off is highly preferred.

  • Knowledgeable in material pricing, labor costing, and subcontractor quotation analysis.

Pipe Fitter - Quezon City, Pasig City

  • At least 2–4 years of experience as a Pipe Fitter in mechanical or HVAC construction projects.

  • Skilled in measuring, cutting, threading, grooving, and fitting pipes according to drawings and specifications.

  • Disciplined, punctual, and reliable under project deadlines.

  • Willing to work in out of town projects.

Ductman/Tinsmith- Quezon City, Pasig City

  • At least 2–3 years of experience as a Ductman/Tinsmith in HVAC or mechanical projects

  • Skilled in duct layout, cutting, bending, and assembly

  • Disciplined, punctual, and reliable under project deadlines.

  • Willing to work in out of town projects.

Pipe Welder - Quezon City, Pasig City

  • Must have a valid TESDA NC II or NC III Certification in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG), or Pipe Welding.

  • At least 3 years of experience in pipe welding for HVAC, chilled water, fire protection, or industrial piping systems.

  • Willing to work in out of town projects.

  • Disciplined, punctual, and reliable under project deadlines.
